Plans, categories, alerts and unlocking listings.
- Viewer plans explainedThree monthly plans: Starter (1 category), Plus (up to 5 categories) and Unlimited (all 18). Your categories decide your alerts and what you can unlock.
- Starter, Plus and Unlimited accessWhat each plan unlocks: Starter covers one category, Plus up to five, and Unlimited every category. Sold and expired listings stay locked.
- How categories control accessEvery listing belongs to one or more alert categories. You can unlock a listing if at least one of its categories is in your plan.
- How alerts workGet emails about new listings in your categories: instantly, as a daily or weekly digest, or not at all. Alerts never include contact details.
- How to change your categoriesStarter and Plus viewers can change their categories once per billing cycle. New access starts immediately and old access ends immediately.
- Locked and unlocked listingsUnlocked listings show private details, contact information and files. Locked listings show only the public part, with a way to subscribe or upgrade.
- Downloading filesFiles attached to a listing appear in its private section. Entitled viewers download them through a short-lived secure link.
- Billing, upgrades, downgrades and cancellationChange plan any time from your Subscription page. Upgrades apply straight away; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
