Locked and unlocked listings

Unlocked listings show private details, contact information and files. Locked listings show only the public part, with a way to subscribe or upgrade.

Every live listing shows its public part to everyone. The private part is either unlocked or locked for you:

  • Unlocked: your plan covers one of the listing's categories. You see the private details, contact information, data room link and files.
  • Locked, not subscribed: you see the public part and a prompt to choose a plan.
  • Locked, outside your categories: the message reads: This listing is outside your current access category. Upgrade to Plus or Unlimited to view full details and contact information.
  • Archived (sold/closed or expired): details stay hidden for everyone.

If your payment has failed, listings stay locked until the payment method is updated. See Failed payments.
