Billing, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

Change plan any time from your Subscription page. Upgrades apply straight away; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Upgrading

Upgrade from your Subscription page. The new plan applies straight away and you pay the prorated difference now.

Downgrading

Downgrading also applies straight away. If the new plan allows fewer categories, you choose which to keep first. The Starter first-month price doesn't apply to plan changes.

Cancelling

Cancel from your Subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then everything locks. You can resume before that date.

Card and invoices

Update your card and download invoices from the billing portal, linked from your Subscription page.
