Terms of Service

DealHarbor is a d/b/a of Faisal Khan LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“DealHarbor”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organization using DealHarbor. You can reach us at:

Posters publish listings for banking access, payment services, licenses, regulated companies, and related opportunities. Paid subscribers can view full listing details and contact information for the categories in their plan. DealHarbor does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, tax, or compliance advice, and is not a party to any agreement between users.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• One account can both post listings and hold a viewer subscription.
• You are responsible for activity on your account, including by anyone you add as a notification recipient.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including duplicate accounts created to obtain promotions.

• Review before publication. Every listing is reviewed by DealHarbor before it is published. We may approve it, request changes, or reject it. We may edit or expand the public description before approval.
• Approval is not endorsement. Approving or publishing a listing does not mean we endorse, recommend, or vouch for the poster, the listing, or the opportunity.
• We do not verify all claims. DealHarbor does not verify all poster claims, including claims about licenses, ownership, financial figures, banking relationships, or regulatory status.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing and for having the right to offer or seek what it describes.
• By submitting a listing, you consent to its private details and contact details being shown to paid subscribers whose plan includes at least one of the listing's categories.
• Files are limited to 3 per listing. Do not upload bank statements, passports, personal identity documents, unredacted compliance files, full customer lists, passwords, or confidential data room materials. Uploaded files may be reviewed by DealHarbor admin and shown to authorized paid viewers.

• Listing fees are shown on the pricing page. No payment is taken before approval. An approved listing receives a payment link valid for 7 days, and is published only after payment is completed.
• The listing fee is consideration for the listing service only. It is not a fee for arranging, completing, or facilitating any transaction between users. DealHarbor charges no success fees and takes no commission.
• A listing runs for 90 days from publication. For 30 days after expiry, an unchanged listing can be reactivated by paying the tier price. Material edits require a new review.
• Featured and Premium placement is subject to available inventory. There are no guaranteed impressions and no permanent homepage slot.
• Card statements show FAISAL KHAN LLC.

• A subscriber can view full details and contact information for a listing when at least one of the listing's mapped categories is currently in their plan. Access is checked on every request.
• Category access is not permanent. When you change categories, access outside the new categories is revoked immediately, including for listings you viewed before. When a subscription ends, all listing details lock.
• Paid access guarantees nothing about listings. Paid access does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, response, availability, exclusivity, or closing of any listing or opportunity.
• Starter and Plus plans may change categories once per billing cycle. Up to 3 notification addresses are allowed per account, including the account owner's primary email.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Viewer subscriptions do not include free listings.

The $99 first month on the Starter plan is subject to these rules:

• Starter only; once per account; once per payment card (Stripe card fingerprint).
• Cancel/re-subscribe and plan changes never reactivate it.
• Eligibility checked against account ID, billing email, card fingerprint, and admin risk flags.
• Admin may deny or revoke for duplicate accounts, repeated cards, or abuse.

Discount codes apply only to the products, plans, and periods stated on the code, may have start and expiry dates and redemption limits, and may be deactivated at any time. Deactivating a recurring code removes the discount from future invoices. The Starter first-month price and discount codes do not combine unless a code states otherwise.

Assisted Listing ($1,995 one-time) is a done-for-you Premium listing. We structure the listing, including the split between public and private details, category, and tags, and post it on your behalf with the contact details you choose. It includes 90 days of Premium placement and manual circulation by Faisal Khan, LLC to selected relevant providers.

There is no guaranteed response, introduction, offer, transaction, or outcome. Manual circulation does not make DealHarbor or Faisal Khan LLC a broker, agent, or intermediary for any transaction.

• Contact and negotiation happen outside DealHarbor. DealHarbor has no messaging, bidding, or deal management features and does not take part in discussions between users.
• You are solely responsible for your own legal, regulatory, financial, tax, compliance, and due diligence review before relying on any listing or dealing with any user.
• Any agreement you reach is between you and the other party. DealHarbor is not a party to it and is not responsible for its performance.

• DealHarbor may edit, suspend, or remove listings for accuracy, risk, compliance, fraud, spam, sanctions, or quality, at its discretion.
• Sold, expired, and closed listings may remain visible as archived records. Archived listings show public fields only; contact and private details are hidden.
• Removal by DealHarbor for policy or compliance reasons does not entitle the poster to a refund, unless the removal was DealHarbor's error.

Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. In short: listings are reviewed before payment, published listings are non-refundable, and viewer subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.

You must not:

• post false, misleading, or unlawful listings, or listings you are not entitled to post;
• offer or seek services or transactions that breach sanctions or applicable law;
• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute listing details or contact information obtained through a subscription;
• share account access to avoid plan limits, or create accounts to obtain promotions more than once;
• use contact details from DealHarbor for unsolicited bulk messaging or any purpose unrelated to the listing;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealHarbor and Faisal Khan LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, any listing, or any dealings between users.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DealHarbor in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify DealHarbor and Faisal Khan LLC against claims, losses, and costs arising from your listings, your use of the service, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to the address in section 1 or through the contact form.
