Typical listings ask for a Canadian MSB, a US MSB with state money transmitter coverage, a UK or EU EMI or payment institution, a crypto or VASP registration, or a gaming license. Each listing states the jurisdiction and license type wanted and, where the buyer chooses, a budget range.
If you own a licensed entity that fits, subscribers with access to the listing's category can see the buyer's full requirements and contact details, and approach the buyer directly. Sellers can also post their own listing in Licenses for Sale.
Every listing is reviewed by hand before publication, to check that the license type, jurisdiction and budget are stated clearly. Review is not endorsement, and not every claim is verified. Sellers should expect a buyer to ask about ownership, regulatory history, open examinations and banking before any change-of-control filing.
