Summary
Listings are reviewed before payment. If a listing is approved, the poster receives a payment link. The listing is published only after payment is completed. Published listings are non-refundable, including if the opportunity closes early, the poster receives sufficient responses, or the poster later chooses to remove the listing. Viewer subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.

Listings
- No payment is taken when a listing is submitted, while it is in review, or if it is rejected.
- An approved listing receives a payment link valid for 7 days. If it is not paid in that time, the approval expires and no payment is taken.
- Once a listing is paid and published, the fee is non-refundable, including if the opportunity closes early, the poster receives sufficient responses, or the poster removes the listing.
- Renewal and reactivation payments follow the same rule.
Viewer subscriptions
- A duplicate charge or a technical billing error is refunded or credited in full once confirmed.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. No partial-month refunds are given.
- Changing plans or categories does not create a refund.
Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you were charged twice, or charged because of a technical error, contact us through the contact form or at [email protected] with the date and amount. We will refund or credit the charge once confirmed. Card statements show FAISAL KHAN LLC. DealHarbor is a d/b/a of Faisal Khan LLC.
