Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
DealHarbor is a financial services lead marketplace operated by Faisal Khan LLC. All payments on DealHarbor are processed securely via Stripe. This policy explains what is and is not refundable for each payment type on the platform.
2. Lead Posting Fee
- The lead posting fee is $299 USD per lead (one-time, non-recurring).
- This fee is non-refundable once the lead has been submitted and published on the marketplace.
- If a lead is rejected by the admin team before publication, the fee is refunded in full.
- If a technical error results in a duplicate charge, contact [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund of the duplicate amount.
3. Lead Boost Add-Ons
The following optional add-ons can be purchased to boost the visibility of your lead listing:
- Featured Listing — $99 for 7 days
- Sponsored Placement — $199 for 14 days
- Urgent Badge — $49 (until filled)
- Premium Bundle — $199 (all three combined)
All add-on fees are non-refundable once the boost has been activated on your listing. If an add-on fails to activate due to a technical error, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
4. Solution Provider Subscriptions
- Standard Plan: $300/month | Pro Plan: $400/month
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time from your Billing tab in the dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no access is cut off early.
- No pro-rata or partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
- No refunds are issued for plan downgrades — the lower price takes effect at the next billing cycle.
- If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation due to a technical error, contact [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
5. Upgrade & Downgrade
- Upgrading from Standard to Pro: You are charged only the prorated difference for the remaining days in the current billing cycle. Your new plan features are available immediately.
- Downgrading from Pro to Standard: No refund is issued. The lower price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain Pro access until then.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your DealHarbor account
Go to your Dashboard
Click the Billing tab
Click Cancel Plan
Confirm cancellation in the dialog
You will receive a confirmation and retain access until the end of your current billing period
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Amount charged
- Reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
8. Exceptions & Discretion
DealHarbor reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases not covered by this policy. We are committed to the fair treatment of all users and will review each case on its individual merits.
