About Licenses for Sale

Public pages show the jurisdiction, the license type, the listing's status and, where the seller chooses, an asking range. Subscribers with access to the listing's category see the private details the seller has added, such as ownership structure, banking arrangements and compliance history, together with the seller's contact details.

A license or registration rarely transfers on its own. Change-of-control approvals, regulator notifications and fit-and-proper reviews are usually required, and timelines differ by jurisdiction. Buyers should take their own legal and regulatory advice before relying on any listing.

Every listing is reviewed by hand before publication, to check that the license type, jurisdiction and status are stated clearly. Review is not endorsement, and not every claim a seller makes is verified. When a buyer starts due diligence, the seller can mark the listing Buyer Due Diligence in Progress.

Sold and expired listings stay visible as archived records below the active listings.
