Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Viewer plans do not include free listings.
Questions
- When do I pay for a listing, and can I get a refund?
- After review, an approved listing gets a payment link, and it is published once payment is completed. Published listings are non-refundable, including if the opportunity closes early, the poster receives sufficient responses, or the poster later chooses to remove the listing. Viewer subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted, except for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.
- What does category access mean?
- A subscriber can view full details and contact information for a listing when at least one of the listing's alert categories is in their plan. Access is checked every time a listing is opened. It is not permanent: changing categories locks listings outside the new categories, and when a subscription ends, all listings lock.
- What happens after 90 days?
- We send reminders on day 75 and day 85. The listing expires on day 90 and stays visible as an archived record without contact details. For 30 days after expiry, an unchanged listing can be reactivated by paying the tier price, with no new review. After that, it must be submitted again as a new listing. You can renew or upgrade at any time while the listing is live; each renewal adds 90 days to the current term.
- Do you take a cut of deals?
- No. There are no success fees or revenue shares. Once a subscriber has the poster's contact details, the conversation and any agreement happen directly between the two parties.
- Can I use a discount code?
- Yes. Enter the code at checkout. A code may apply to listing payments, renewals, viewer subscriptions, or all three, as stated on the code. The $99 Starter first month does not combine with discount codes unless the code allows it.
