Refund policy

Listings are reviewed before payment and are non-refundable once published. Viewer plans are refunded only for duplicate charges or billing errors.

  • No payment is taken for listings that are declined or not paid after approval.
  • Published listings are non-refundable, including if the opportunity closes early, you get enough responses, or you turn the listing off.
  • Listings removed by DealHarbor for policy or compliance reasons are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  • Duplicate or technical payment errors are refunded or credited.
  • Viewer plans are non-refundable once access has been granted, except for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.
