Short, practical guides to posting listings, viewer plans, alerts, payments and privacy on DealHarbor.
For posters
Submitting, paying for, renewing and turning off listings.
- How to submit a listingSubmit a listing in three steps: section and category, the public listing, then private details and contact. Save a draft any time.
- Public description vs private detailsThe public part of your listing is visible to everyone and search engines. Private details and contact information are shown only to entitled paid viewers.
- How listing review worksEvery listing is reviewed by hand. We approve it, ask for changes, or decline it. Nothing is charged until a listing is approved.
- How payment works after approvalYou pay only after approval, using the payment link or Pay now in My listings. The link is valid for 7 days and the listing goes live as soon as payment completes.
- Listing duration and renewalListings run for 90 days. Renew any time to add another 90 days, or reactivate an expired listing within 30 days.
- How to turn off a listingTurn off a live listing before its term ends. It disappears from the site and from paid viewers straight away. The term keeps running.
- Turning a listing back onWhile its term is still running, you can ask us to turn a listing back on. It keeps its original expiry date. Edits are reviewed first.
- File uploads and what not to uploadAttach up to 3 files (PDF, Word, Excel, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB each). They are private: only entitled paid viewers can download them.
