File uploads and what not to upload

Attach up to 3 files (PDF, Word, Excel, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB each). They are private: only entitled paid viewers can download them.

  • Up to 3 files per listing: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB each.
  • Every file is reviewed by us before paid viewers can see it. We may remove files.
  • Files are private: never shown publicly or to search engines, only to paid viewers whose plan covers the listing, to you, and to DealHarbor staff.

Good uses: teasers, license summaries, company overviews, redacted proof, term sheets and high-level financial snapshots. Files are not meant to be a full data room.

Do not upload bank statements, passports, personal identity documents, unredacted compliance files, full customer lists, passwords, or confidential data room materials. Uploaded files may be reviewed by DealHarbor admin and shown to authorized paid viewers.
