Short, practical guides to posting listings, viewer plans, alerts, payments and privacy on DealHarbor.
Privacy and safety
What is public, what is private and what we don't do.
- What is publicThe public part of a live listing is visible to everyone, including search engines: title, category, jurisdiction, summary, description and status.
- What is privatePrivate details, contact information, data room links and files are never public. They are shown only to entitled paid viewers, the poster and staff.
- What paid viewers can seeA paid viewer sees the private part of a live listing only if one of the listing's categories is in their plan. Access is checked every time.
- Private share linksSome listings are private: unlisted and shared only through a link from DealHarbor, sometimes with a password. They never appear in search or alerts.
- Files and data room limitsListings can carry up to 3 small files and one data room link. DealHarbor is not a data room: keep confidential documents in your own.
- No guarantee, no brokerage, no fundsDealHarbor does not broker deals, hold or move money, or guarantee any outcome. Paid access is for information and discovery only.
