Files and data room limits

Listings can carry up to 3 small files and one data room link. DealHarbor is not a data room: keep confidential documents in your own.

  • Up to 3 files per listing, 10 MB each: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG or JPG.
  • Files are reviewed by staff and shown only to entitled paid viewers, the poster and staff.
  • Downloads use short-lived secure links. Files are never public or indexed.
  • Share full due-diligence material through your own data room, after you have spoken with the other party.
