Contacting a listing owner

Contact details are shown to viewers whose plan covers the listing's category. You then contact the poster directly, outside DealHarbor.

  1. Open the listing.
  2. If the listing is in one of your plan's categories, the private details and the poster's contact information are shown on the page.
  3. Email or call the poster directly and quote the listing's reference (for example DH-0027).
  4. Ask for documents or a data room once you have both confirmed the fit.

Contact details are never included in alert emails. They are only shown on the listing page to viewers who are entitled to them.
