DealHarbor is a listing and discovery platform only. We do not broker, hold funds, process transactions or guarantee any outcome.

DealHarbor is a listing and discovery platform. It does not:

  • broker, arrange or negotiate deals, introductions or license transfers;
  • process, hold, transmit, escrow or settle any money or funds flow;
  • verify every claim a poster makes (review is not endorsement);
  • guarantee responses, quality, availability, exclusivity or a closed deal;
  • give legal, regulatory, financial or tax advice.

Paying for a listing or a viewer plan buys visibility and access to information. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for any legal, regulatory and compliance review.
