Summary

A vehicle-payments business in Georgia (the country) is looking for a licensed European or international financial-services provider to handle payments for vehicles bought in Europe. Customers in Georgia pay in EUR or crypto (USDC, and USDT where supported); the provider runs KYC/KYB, converts to EUR and pays the verified European dealer, auction house or supplier directly against the vehicle invoice.

Target volume is about €5 million equivalent a month after a ramp-up of about two months. A white-label, referral or agency arrangement is preferred. The originating company's name is withheld during initial provider screening.

Description

A Georgia-based vehicle-payments business is seeking a licensed European or international financial-services provider that can support payments for vehicle purchases in Europe. Georgia here means the country in the South Caucasus, not the U.S. state.

The end customers are individuals and businesses located in Georgia who buy vehicles from verified European dealerships, auction houses and other legitimate vehicle suppliers. The business does not hold its own payment licence, so the model is designed to run through the licensed provider's regulated infrastructure. It would initially prefer a white-label, referral, agency or similar commercial arrangement, and may consider building its own regulated structure at a later stage.

Target transaction flow

  1. A customer in Georgia identifies a vehicle from a European dealer, auction house or verified supplier.
  2. A commercial invoice for the purchase is obtained and verified.
  3. The customer goes through the required checks: KYC for individuals, KYB for companies, crypto wallet and transaction screening where applicable, and source-of-funds checks where the provider requires them.
  4. The licensed provider receives the customer's funds.
  5. The provider converts crypto to fiat where applicable and settles in the required currency, principally EUR.
  6. The provider pays the verified European vehicle seller's bank account directly, against the underlying vehicle invoice.
  7. Payment confirmation goes to the customer and the platform.
  8. The seller releases the vehicle to the customer.

Converted funds are not returned to the Georgian business before the seller is paid. No reverse flow is planned in the initial model.

Funding and settlement

Incoming funding is flexible. The client can support EUR and USDC and is not dependent exclusively on USDT; supported crypto assets and networks will be agreed with the provider. Outgoing settlement is primarily EUR, as a third-party B2B or B2C commercial payment against a vehicle invoice. Sellers are in multiple European jurisdictions; the final country mix is to be confirmed.

This is not intended to be an anonymous crypto conversion service. The underlying customer and transaction are identified, the vehicle invoice is available, and the ultimate beneficiary is a verified commercial seller.

Expected activity

Target monthly volume is approximately €5 million equivalent, reached over a ramp-up of about two months. This is a forecast, not a guaranteed commitment, and is subject to successful implementation and commercially viable pricing. Transaction count, average ticket and maximum ticket are to be confirmed.

Proposed split of responsibilities

Licensed provider, within its licensed and approved scope:

  • Receipt of customer funds
  • KYC and KYB requirements or supervision
  • Crypto transaction and wallet screening
  • Source-of-funds checks where applicable
  • Fiat and crypto conversion
  • FX
  • EUR settlement
  • Third-party payments to verified vehicle sellers
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Sanctions screening
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Payment confirmation and reporting

Originating business:

  • Customer acquisition
  • The customer-facing technology and interface
  • Collection of initial customer and transaction information
  • Vehicle and invoice information
  • The commercial relationship with the customer
  • Operational coordination
  • Integration with the licensed provider
  • Customer support

The final allocation will depend on the provider's regulatory model.

What the provider must be comfortable with

Customer in Georgia, to regulated provider, to conversion and FX, to a EUR third-party payment to a European vehicle supplier. The client is looking for a long-term provider that can deliver the full regulated payment chain, not a standalone crypto conversion service: customer onboarding, crypto and fiat receipt, compliance, FX and conversion, EUR settlement, and direct payment to verified European vehicle sellers.

Integration options of interest include API, dashboard or portal, manual instruction, white-label and an embedded payment flow.

The identity of the originating company is withheld during initial provider screening. This listing is managed by DealHarbor on the client's behalf.
